Based off of the life of a real person, Polycarp, who was a disciple of the Apostle John, this video seeks to show the power of the life changing Gospel in the lives of ordinary people. The subtitle: “Perfect love casts out fear” hints to the power of the love of Christ in the face of all kinds of evil including being burned at the stake. Anna, a fictitious person in the story, helps to draw out the truths found in the bible and allows us to follow with someone who encounters them for the first time and her journey to assess the reality of the Gospel. Polycarp is an interesting, challenging and encouraging video and we encourage you to watch it.
